You’re a junior. Relax.

You don’t seem to yet have test scores. When will you have some?

Not getting into a BS/MD program is not the end of the world. The overwhelming majority of doctors did not do the BS/MD route.

To get into Brown PLME, you might need some more awards such as Chem/Bio/Physics/Math Olympid, Science fair/Science Olympiad awards, any publications from your lab etc.
How good is your school? Do they regularly send kids to Ivies or will you (possibly) be one of the first going to a top institution?

Well, I got a 760 on the SAT Biology E.
My school is ranked as #1 in the state - a blue ribbon school - many kids go to stanford

My school has like 1200 kids and is top ranked around the country

The rank of your school in the nation is irrelevant. They will look at you.
