Good enough for UCSD?

My stats:

SAT: 1860 (retaking in October, hoping for 2000 or above)
M: 660
CR: 590
W: 610
Essay: 8

SAT II:
Math: 710

(Took the ACT, awaiting my score which is going to be available soon.)

GPA (unweighted): 3.99
GPA (weighted): 4.7

Haven't received the scores for my junior year AP tests yet, but I took:
Chemistry
Spanish
English Language
US History
(made A's in all of these classes except Chemistry for the first semester with an 89, which makes me want to shoot myself.)

Taking my senior year:
Physics
English Literature
Art
Calculus
Statistics
Government/Economics (may not take tests because of the terrible passing rates at my school.)

I'm also in the top 5% of my class (in Texas, so I can be admitted to public colleges there for sure) but will be applying mostly out of state (UCSD specifically). I was ranked 9 out of approximately 500 my junior year, (raised from being ranked 12 my freshman year) but I may have changed (for the better) by my upcoming senior year. I'm a member of National Honor Society, and National Art Honor Society (going to be vice president next year). And I'm not sure if this counts for anything, but I've gone to several regional and state art competitions and received awards.

So do you all think my stats good enough for UCSD?
