Good environmental programs (specifically env. studies)?

I'm a high school senior interested in pursuing environmental studies and double majoring in either polisci/german/journalism! I have a fairly long list of schools, but I'd really like some suggestions as to what schools I could add to my list/cut/are within my range.

I'm currently looking at:
Pitzer
Vassar
Colgate
Claremont McKenna
Macalester
Tufts
Oberlin
Northwestern
Swarthmore
Carleton
Brandeis
Reed
University of Washington
Middlebury
UC Davis
Whitman

I like smaller, liberal arts colleges that have a diverse, fairly close-knit student body and are located near big cities or larger suburbs.
My stats:
3.82 unweighted GPA
11 AP classes total
2240 SAT
700 Literature, 780 German, 690 US History

ECs:
Editor-in-Chief of newspaper
Journalism intern at Taiwanese American Citizens League
Editor of Pacific Times student section
ELD tutor at Chinese Culture Center
Student teacher in 2013 AID OCAC Youth English Teaching Volunteer Service Program in Taiwan
President, founder, junior board member, and blogger of/for Girls Learn International
Treasurer for History Club
Secretary for Astronomy Club
World Vision Jr/Move newsletter editor
National Honor Society
California Scholarship Federation
Humane Society volunteer
AATG Gold Level (German national exam, scored third in California)

I realize that many of the schools I listed are reach schools, but I really need some advice on which ones to apply to! Thanks!

I’ll put in a plug for Oberlin. Excellent program, beautiful environmental studies building, and they walk the talk.

Also, if it matters, between the Con and their Shansi program the have a very high number of Chinese and Taiwanese students on campus.
