<p>Carnegie Mellon and NYU are AWESOME. I went to visit those schools for engineering stuff and I noticed that they are HUGE on drama.</p>

<p>I'd second Emerson and CMU also has a top notch theater tech division if that interests you. My mom has worked with several people who studied lighting design at CMU and are now doing architectural lighting.</p>
