<p>these arnt the only schools im applying to. im just wondering if they're good at EE. i know that hopkins is good at bioengineer but not sure EE.</p>
<p>If you consider top-20 as "good", then Northwestern is good for you (IF published ranking is a correct measure). It's not in the top-10 though. Not sure about JHU and USC. If I remember correctly, they aren't in the top-10 either. Not sure about top-20.</p>
<p>All those schools are good. The difference between top 20 and top 50 for undergraduate is minimal.</p>
<p>USC is ranked 31st for undergrad, but ranked 9th for grad. But I agree with Payne, all those schools are good choices.</p>
