My current GPA is 3.54, and I haven’t found data of grad schools yet. Is 3.55 good enough to get into at least 50 top engineering grad schools?
You won’t find much of that data because it doesn’t really exist. That GPA should be fine for many graduate schools, but there is a lot more that you need to consider with graduate school applications, notably research experience and letters of recommendation.
Your GPA is fine but as indicated above on campus research will matter a lot as well as recommendations.
@boneh3ad - I laugh every time I see your forum photo. Love it!
@paul2752 I know U.S. News shows the average GPA as well as GRE scores for entering Master’s students and Ph.D. students for most of the schools. But, I’m not too sure how accurate they are. I bought a 1 year subscription so could see all that data.
Do you have a particular school in mind? I could look it up for you.
@Omarrrrrrrrrr, as kind as that offer is, it’s not really ethical. You paid to use their data only personally, not to shard it.
Yeah, you’re actually right.
GRE scores matter too as GPA is somewhat college specific.
