Good GPA/rank but bad essay; chances?

When I applied to UF, I applied just to apply and I didn't really have much interest in going there. I recently visited however and I loved everything about it. Now I'm freaking out because I didn't put much effort into my essay and what's worse is that I even made a few typos. I submitted my app on November 1 -- the deadline day. Ugh, I've been reading all these stories about qualified applicants getting rejected and I'm worried that'll be me! D:

My essay... ugh, I'm so mad!!! It was on a kind of unique topic, about how my grandmother taught me how to speak Czech and also basically taught me my Czech culture, and how that sparked my interest in Linguistics, which is my intended major. Overall I don't think it's TOO bad, but I did misspell a few words! One of them was SLOVAK, which I spelled SLOAVK. :/ I took my UF essay and started editing it for my common app essay and realized that it could have been soooooo much better. I only mentioned UF once and it was in the last sentence and it was really generic. I also forgot to mention one of the biggest things -- UF is the only school I've discovered so far that offers Czech language/culture courses AND has a Czech & Slovak Association! How could I forget that!?

I'm worried that they'll think I'm uninterested in UF. :/
Am I overreacting? I feel like I've worked so hard and I would be devastated if I got rejected. I've been thinking about this all week and it's stressing me out. After visiting I learned that I REALLY want to go to UF. Thoughts?

Yes, you are.

I did the same thing, I hope they dont care too much about the essay
