As a rising senior in electrical engineering, I've done well in math and have a good command of reading and writing. I was wondering if there are any particularly good GRE prep books or resources that offer more practice as opposed to "how to approach it" material.

I would sincerely appreciate any suggestions or help that can be offered. Thanks

The GRE is essentially the SAT, with a slightly harder verbal section.
Unless you’re talking about subject tests, many of which don’t have books…

Anyone who made a good SAT book makes a good GRE book… I’ve been flipping through the Princ. Review GRE book, and it has a good treatment of the verbal… Its math section is very simple and direct.

I used the Barrons book from 2008 with accompanying CD, along with the free software that ETS sends you once u register for the exam. With only this I managed an 800 in the math section, which is basically all that matters if you’re an engineer major. Verbal just needs to be respectable…i.e. 500 and above.
