Good internships for an aspiring speech writer?

<p>I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on internships for this summer. I'm very interested in speech writing, but I'm not exactly sure how to break into this field. I've been very active in political campaigns in the past and have good relationships with politicians and a lot of campaign staffers. I don't know if I should continue to work on campaigns this summer or try interning for an NGO, non-profit or maybe a legislator. One thing I've been thinking about is interning in the communications/press department of a campaign, but I'm not completely sold on the idea. </p>

<p>Any recommendations/thoughts y'all have would be helpful. Location and funding are not a concern.</p>
