Good intl financial aid colleges

<p>Pls can anyone give me some average colleges (not top 50 in the US) that offer good financial aid to engneering students. Liberal arts colleges don't offer engineering majors so they are of my application list.</p>

<p>…mind you Union College in upstate New York is liberal arts and offers engineering majors…</p>

<p>Why don’t you apply to Singapore universities like NUS or NTU for engineering? They have great full tuition scholarships for international students. Education is subsidised partially by the government via the Tuition Grant Scheme so cost of study would be considerably less than studying in the US.</p>

<p>To be honest, US Colleges with good engineering programs are state/public schools. State/public schools generally don’t award generous financial aid to international students. Schools that don’t rank in the top 50 generally award less aid to international students, and often award a larger proportion of aid in loans, as opposed to grants.</p>
