<p>This is cheering news for all new and continuing students relying on Cal Grant to attend the UCs.</p>

<p>for now. LA County and many counties and cities are going to sue cause the state is going to take a chuck of their balanced budgets. So the responsible ones have to pay for the mistakes of the ■■■■■■■■ liberals and the steroid using republican governor.</p>
