<p>I've read that all UW-Madison students will pay 350something extra a year and that same "dollar increase" is applied to out of state students. Does this EXCLUDE other costs, or essentially make out of state tuition 20.1 as opposed to a feared 21-21.5</p>

<p>Tuition only. Fees and dorms also going up at the normal rate and everyone pays the same for these.</p>
