<p>My daughter keeps getting e-mail from UPenn that “there is still time”. Unfortunately, UPenn does not have the major she is looking for. The published deadline is past and she got mail AFTER that, but it does not say that they’ve officially extended it to any particular day. Good luck to all of you who are applying there!</p>
