we came to the logical question in post # 10 which is the title for this thread.

So, anyone have any ideas for us?

I have personal experience w/ the Greenwich Educational prep service. They have a few locations. They helped me prepare for ssat, pk. schools and follow up w/ my interviews. They are also reading over my applications. My parents are impressed w/ the staff. In your case, you may only need internet and phone conferences. They are open 7 days/ wk. good luck.

maddog: besides the customary thank-you note, did you follow up your interviews in any other manner?

yes, I emailed 2 of the 4 schools I
m looking at. I asked my interviewer a question about classes I
m interested in. Also sent coaches updates about my sports. I sent all schools a hand written thank you note. I wanted to just email the TYs but my parents insisted on the personal snail mail. The consultants followed up w/all the schools I interview with. They gave us pos. feed back.
