Good old chances..?

School type: Public</p>

<p>GPA: about 3.8
Rank: probably top 25%
SAT: 600, 610, 620 (will be taking again in October)
SAT II: will be taking Math II, Bio, and Literature in June
APs: results pending for Calc AB, Bio, English
Senior Schedule: AP Lit, AP Stats, AP Japanese 4, Psychology, AP Environmental</p>

<p>Extra Currics:
- 4 yr. Varsity Field Hockey (Will be a Captain as a senior)
-Several Varsity letters, Honorable Mention, Coach's Award
- 1 yr. Track and Field
- Drawing Classes at RISD
- 3 Courses in Fashion Design at RISD
- Photography Class at RISD
- RISD pre-college Summer '06
- Part-time job at Cafe (10-15+ hrs per week during the school year)
- Volunteerwork at local bookstore
- Lots of babysitting for various neighbors</p>

<p>the fact that ur a faculty kid does give u a chance at Brown. although clearly ur stats are way below Brown's average. However I am not sure what their policy on faculty kids and legacies are. Im pretty sure they give them looots of consideration but im not sure. what does ur mom/dad say about ur chances. im sure they can ask a buddy in admissions how it works for legacies/faculty kids.</p>

<p>i'm not quite as worried about brown.. even though i still have to work for it
3 of my sisters have gotten in with just about the same type of stats as mine and i think the faculty relation does help out a bit.
Brown is mainly on my list because my mom said it would be silly not to apply there.</p>

<p>any thoughts on any of the other schools on the list anyone?</p>
