<p>i applied to penn state UP the end of October....i still havent heard back...i cant decide if this is good or bad because everyone else in my school who applied already heard back either last month and got in..but those were the people who had penn as their safety...everyone else it seems heard today and most got into the 2nd campus...i still have not heard anything! so do u think this is good or bad that i havent heard?</p>
<p>ahh all depends on your major choice…If in fact you applied to Smeal…DO NOT WORRY!!! the HIGH MAJORITY of decisions are due in the next few weeks for pre Nov 30 applicants…according to the admissions office when I called last week. As for other colleges, each seems to give decisions at varying rates, some in batches, some sporadically, and some TOTALLY RANDOM… the psu admissions process is a mess. If you have not heard yet, this most likely indicates nothing! Do not worry</p>
