Good pizza place?

Coming from NJ we may have to Import “Good” Pizza. If there is one thing we do have in Jersey is Great pizza. We will let you know when we are coming down. Hope all is well we met CSD at the hotel. I am glad your S has made the decision to go to UA.

I loved the pizza and calzone at Bene’s at the Ferg. Was able to grab a quick bite before heading to the airport after my tour on Monday. I think son will like that pizza. Fresh Food also serves pizza, too. Walked through there before tour Monday and saw fresh pancakes on the griddle. Think the food options are great for the kids at the Ferg. Didn’t get to see any other venues. Publix had great muffins for quick breakfast in the morning. That is so convenient to campus.

I also like the pizza at Bene’s at the Ferg. I remember when you could use your Meal Plan and get pizza there (it was a set meal…pizza and a beverage…or something like that). I wish they would return to that practice.

There was a special of a slice, a small salad and a soda for maybe five bucks.

That’s right. A minor correction: it’s University Boulevard, not “Drive.”

Thanks for that street name correction. When you’re at the mercy of GPS, it’s important to get those street names right. I really am kicking myself for not getting a street map this time. I’m a hands on paper girl, whereas the Y chromosomes in the house are all about the gadgets. I have killed more trees this year than Paul Bunyan.

Thanks…

I’ve done that before. University Drive is by my home…It’s the street that UAH is on.
