Good places to stay

<p>Hey I'm doing the April 10-11 overnight, but I've got a couple of free nights to explore Chicago. Obviously most of my stay is going to be at the University, so I need a hotel that's close, but is there one which would let me get to the heart of Chicago relatively easy?</p>

<p>If anyone can reccomend places that'd be great</p>

<p>Stay in the loop or near north. Many smaller hotels where one can get a good deal on some of these hotels. Try looking at hotels.com.</p>
