Good PoliSci Schools to transfer too?

Hi I'm currently going to a community college in California (Ohlone) with a GPA of 3.0 exact and I'm looking to transfer to a good school on the east coast for a polisci major. Currently all I have planned out are my TAG agreements with UCDavid and UCSD, but I was looking into east coast schools however my GPA isn't that high.

I was thinking of Penn State so far but I was wondering what else do I have a shot at?

Also check into Syracuse, George Mason and American University.

Are those realistic options?

Sure, none of them are ultra selective, look at their website for more information.

I would not recommend going to George Mason from far away - it's a big commuter school and most of the population is from northern VA and goes home on weekends, so not much of a campus. AU is definitely possible and has a respected political science program, and Syracuse should be as well.
For state schools (which will be much cheaper) you could look at Michigan State and Ohio State as they are both more poli-sci/social science oriented than Penn State. Wisconsin-Madison might be a stretch but look there too.

Yale or UPenn.

It will be hard to get into Yale/Upenn with a 3.0 GPA, you need ad least 3.8 and higher from a community college.
