<p>Lots of people have been posting on this topic recently- do a search. Knox, Ohio Wesleyan, Bates, Lawrence, Kalamazoo, St. Olaf have been mentioned (in addition to the obvious high-power ones like JHU, Cornell, etc).</p>
<p>i dont know about best but ive heard that UIC has a good GPPA program that rally does a good job placing</p>
