So I got PSATs back late last week and got a freaking 60 on the Writing section, much to my dismay. Not only is it pathetic that I got a 660 on the SAT at an eighth grader, I just don't think I understand writing anymore pulls out hair

That being said, anyone have any suggestions on good prep books that give good practices for only Writing? Don't need anything for Math, I think I can work on CR by myself.

And I've already finished Kaplan & Barron's Writing books. And I've pretty much done all the writing practice sections in those huge test prep books.

If you really need another prep book (looks like you've got enough already!) I used Mcgraw-Hill or whatever it was called..cant really remember

It had some good review of basic grammar rules and a bunch of practice questions

Good luck! It's definitely possible! (580 SAT/53 PSAT last year to 790 this year using the BB and McGraw-Hill..don't really know which one helped but hey, I'm very veryyy thankful for my score because when i got my first SAT scores back, I didn't know what to do becasue they were awful! A bit of practice boosted my entire score up 300 pts or so!)

Taking the BB practice tests under timed conditions really helps (don't know if you did that already though!) because I realized it really helped me pace myself so I won't run out of time during the real test.
