I’ve seen more than a few questions about life at Lehigh in general on this forum. Kind of in the “What’s it really like?” category. Most of the answers come from a few current students and many more from parents relaying what their kids have told them.
I’d like to offer that, in addition to the “official” stuff on the nice new website that Much2learn mentioned, those interested might want to check out Lehigh’s newspaper, “The Brown and White”. It’s a fine source of news and commentary, comes out twice a week and, if I’m not mistaken, is student run. They may even print a few copies on actual paper so it really still is a “newspaper”. If you’ve seen the Oscar winning movie “Spotlight”, you may be interested to know that the crusty Boston Globe editor, Marty Baron, was an editor of the B&W many years ago.
Check this issue out for info on the student transfer process, what to do in Bethlehem at Christmas time ( hint: it’s Bethlehem!), the never ending debate on Greek Life - Good, Bad and Ugly, as well as the ups and downs of all those sports teams. Look at the comments to see the real give and take.
I always liked the B&W and still like to check in occasionally…just to remember.
