I already have the red book and the 1296 ACT practice questions, do you guys know of any other good books that have a lot of practice tests? I'm getting around a 33-34 overall, and at this point I think I just need to do a lot of practice. Or if you guys have any tips to get reading and science up from a 33 that would be great

Barron’s ACT? Yes, this book is way harder than the real ACT but it overprepares you and has a lot of good, difficult practice. Besides that, McGraw Hill’s 10 ACT Practice but there are some errors in that book. Otherwise, I do not know. As for improving reading, do you run out of time? Or do you just miss one because of careless reading?
