I need lots of aid.
I am international, Albanian precisely.
I have been involved in lots of extracurricular activities and my record is interesting.
I will probably write fairly good essays and the recs might be great.</p>
<p>I love LACs and I'm about to apply to Williams. The thing is that every time I discuss this with my counselor he suggests schools like MIT, Duke, Stanford etc.</p>
<p>I argue that my ugly subject test scores will get me rejected at ubertop schools.</p>
<p>What schools do you suggest? and please note that I wanna apply EA/ED somewhere.(Williams as of now)

<p>The subject test scores are not mediocre - the percentile rankings are lower because not everyone takes them.</p>
<p>There is no reason to retake a 700+ score.</p>
<p>I think you have as good a chance as anyone, which is not necessarily saying much. I don't intend to start speculating about someone's chances, especially when talking about an international student. It is very tough, but you already know that.</p>
<p>If your counselor is suggesting schools you are interested in, apply to them as well. Yours scores should certainly be within any school's required/desirable ranges.</p>
