Good SAT Scores?

I'm interested in applying to the Ivy's and other top private universities (MIT, Stanford, etc). I would like to major in science or engineering. I understand that SAT scores are not the only factors for admission, but are my scores up to par for a prospective student at these colleges:

Superscore individual SAT section scores:

M: 740

CR: 780

WR: 790

SAT II Subject Test Scores:

Chemistry: 740

Physics: 700

Math IIC: 770

I am taking Biology on Saturday, but I do not think I'll get an outstanding score.

If I do submit my SAT II Subject Tests, which SAT II Science Subject Test score should I submit?

What are your safeties?

You just can’t pin all your hopes on Cornell, MIT and Stanford but submit Math IIC if you only have to submit one, Chemistry and Math IIC if you only need to submit two (only University of Toronto, to my knowledge, requires three SAT subject tests).

Yes you need safties, and you should take a Humanities SAT II
