Good SATII Ranges

All the colleges post ranges for their admitted students' SAT scores, but I have yet to see anything on the SATII tests. What are considered good scores for Lit and U.S. History?

Here’s the average SAT II scores for enrolled students at Rice (the 1st # is the score, the 2nd # is the # of people who took it. US History is a 694 and lit is a 684.

Lehcar, super-helpful.

Here’s the middle 50 %iles from MIT:

SAT Subject Test - Math [730-800]
SAT Subject Test - Science [700-800]

That data is at http://www.mitadmissions.org/topics/apply/admissions_statistics/index.shtm

Also, check out this thread:

It doesn’t look like schools break down individual subj test scores very much: most schools provide some kind of composite averages.

Thanks for that post Lehcar.

I suppose anywhere from 750-800 will stand you in good stead, but of course, the higher the better, especially w.r.t. Math 2, Physics, etc… as >5% of test takers get 800s.
