<p>also, as you can see, the university is actually ENCOURAGING out-of-state students to get their residency.</p>
<p>It also says my parents are allowed to provide support but they just can’t claim me as a dependant. </p>
<p>The entire process is really easier than at most other states/universities. </p>
<p>I’m taking the extra step by having all the other documentation like voting, bank account, etc</p>
