good schools for communications?

<p>I'm looking to major in Communications. I have an interest in film and television production & would prefer a program that intertwines with that. </p>

<p>Basically, I was hoping somebody could tell me which colleges offer the best communications programs. You can leave out schools in the midwest unless they're in chicago or denver.</p>

<p>Also, here is a list of schools so far that I've looked into. If anyone has comments or helpful information on the following schools' communications programs, please let me know. </p>

<p>Look at the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University. It’s an amazing school for communications and it’s not too selective to get into.</p>

<p>Ironically, I’m already a student at Syracuse… The problem is that Newhouse is #1 in the country & incredibly difficult to get into, even as a current SU student, because they only take the top GPAs… Thanks though!</p>

<p>Hmm my friend got in out of high school with a good but not stellar resume. But the school is amazing and must be terribly difficult to get in as a transfer.</p>
