before you speak, read the Rice's viewbook...it has the info to contradict what you're saying. you're basing ur opinions on your experiences, which is based on one Rice graduate (btw is not meaningful at all). Pretty small sample...look at the whole Rice population

<p>For your information, Rice is still under Cornell (the WORST Ivy).</p>
<p>That's an oxymoron if I've ever heard one: "the WORST Ivy." I really don't think that that exists- they're all wonderful, unique institutions.</p>
<p>And just so you know, it is harder to get into Rice than Cornell. Their average SAT is higher, and they accept a lower percentage of applicants.</p>
<p>Cornell is widely recognized as the least prestigious, easiest to get into Ivy. And it is STILL better than Rice.</p>
<p>Calidan, seriously, what is your problem. You are bitter and jealous. Perhaps you should have done a little better on the SATS or gotten a little higher GPA. Then maybe you would have the opportunity to experience an education at a truely remarkable institution (and NO, Georgetown is NOT "truely remarkable" by ANY means).</p>
