<p>BU is a private. It doesn’t care that you’re OOS. </p>
<p>There are OOS publics (and some privates) that really want more higher paying students and will overlook a few stats issues to get more money for the school. </p>
<p>But, again, talk to your parents about a budget. AND, ask them if that includes paying high OOS rates for OOS publics…many parents won’t pay OOS public rates when instate publics are often very, very similar for a lot less money. </p>
<p>There’s another reason you need to speak to your parents. They may have concerns about how you’ll do in college, so they may not want to spend lots of money on an unsafe bet.</p>
