Good schools with engineering programs?

Based on my credentials:

-White American female (I felt this was important to include)
-1st SAT(will be retaking it in the fall, also will be taking math1 sat2): 1890
-Current gpa as of junior year: 95%
-Expected gpa at closure of junior year: 95-96%
-Treasurer of KEY Club junior year, President for senior year, in KEY Club for 3 years
-Vice President of the Junior Friends for 2 years (a library community service group where I run and organize events in the community)
-NHS member
-Varsity tennis captain for Senior year, was JV captain as a freshman, I have been playing since 8th grade, had an undefeated season last season and contributed to my school's overall undefeated season
-Accelerated in math and science
-Junior year classes: Pre calc, java, Chinese 1, College French, Physics, Honors English, AP US History
-Senior year classes: AP Calc AB, AP Statistics, Modernism Honors, Advanced Econ Honors, National Issues Honors, Chinese 2, College French 2, Color Photography, Health
-10th grade accepted into New York State Summer School of the Arts (NYSSA) for photography but did not attend due to financial and schedule conflicts
-Summer job working at a bank (mostly doing busy work)

Can you recommend any schools within my reach that are reputable for engineering? NOT chemical or biomedical, I am looking more in the direction of industrial or civil or MAYBE electrical. I'm hoping my next sat score will be anywhere from 1900-2100. Ideally I would like to be in a city but I will go wherever I can get the best education. Do not take into consideration cost when giving suggestions, I can eliminate on my own. I am in New York, not far from RPI, so please do not recommend RPI to me because it is a 20 min drive from my house. Preferably in the Northeast, also Virginia and Pennsylvania areas are good. Thank you

Current Safeties/Matches:
-Villanova
-Clarkson

Current Reaches:
-Boston University
-Northeastern
-University of Rochester (not RIT)

lack of science senior year is because I have met all my science requirements and have decided on 2 AP maths because it better suits my interests

You should take a look at Case Western, Lehigh, and Purdue

Can we assume that your parents are wealthy and willing to pay for an expensive college? Villanova costs $58,244 per year (not including non-billed personal/misc/travel costs), gives relatively poor need-based financial aid, and gives few merit scholarships. Calling it a “safety” means that you can afford it as well as knowing that you will be admitted (which does not appear to be that certain based on its reported frosh class stats).

None of Villanova, Clarkson, Boston University, or Rochester has industrial engineering.

Among the SUNYs, Buffalo has all of industrial, civil, and electrical. Binghamton has industrial and electrical.

Regional state universities with all of those majors include UConn, UMass, URI, Pitt, Vermont, Penn State, Rutgers, and NJIT. Privates include Columbia, WPI, Drexel, Hofstra, Lehigh, Northeastern, RPI.

Adding MD, DE, DC, VA, and WV adds the following schools with those majors: Morgan State, Virginia Tech, WVU.

I don’t have a direct answer to your question about schools bc without a breakdown of what your 1890 was in terms of CR and M it is hard to begin to guess. Your activities and honors don’t seem to be science or math oriented. Also, I am curious as to why you posted specifically that you are advanced in math and science? since you posted that math suits your interests better, do you like science, especially physics? WIth any of those majors, you are going to have to take more physics, especially electrical engineering which is physics heavy.
