Good Schools With Rolling Admissions

Ok so can you guys give me a list of good schools with rolling admissions, and please don't tell me to look on Boarding School Review . Thanks in advance.

asheville, avon old farms, berkshire, emma willard, kimball, foxcroft, hockaday*, lawrence, NMH, peddie, williston…

= mostly day students
if you need FA, i’d just suggest applying next year, but… good luck!

no one on CC talks about Bolles
It has the No.1 boys athletic program in the country as voted by ESPN
It also has very good academics but unlike the top schools it doesnt take over ur life
Heres an interesting fact(from boardingschoolreview.com)
Average percentile SSAT-56%
Average SAT-1800
I personally think the stats are a bit off, bolles is better than that, but the point i am making is that quality of teachers
Look at how much the students improve

Yes,It has a rolling deadline

bolles is ELEVEN percent boarding, 89 percent day
their top matriculated-to university is the Uni of Florida, followed by Florida State.

…yeah.

When I said good, I meant a bit better than the schools you guys said but thanks anyways.

that is just my opinion
also,i actually prefer low percent boarding
what is better about a high percentage boarding?
however, i dont plan to go to Bolles

swissbrit, there aren’t any better schools with rolling admissions than the ones we mentioned
by the way, peddie is pretty good

there’s probably fewer things to do on weekends, not to mention that the majority of the school has been together since kindergarten… obviously the sense of community is going to be a lot less than a school with 100% boarding.

what’s wrong with peddie or NMH? they’re both fantastic schools. if you were hoping for something like exeter, then just wait until next year, haha

Yeah I think that Peddie is an amazing school and they had a really competitive applicant pool this year so I don’t wanna apply there…

No but my ISEE score was bad but I other than that I am a really good applicant even Andover said so…

no offense, but maybe andover was trying to be nice

No, my interviewer who thought I would get in until he saw my score said that if I had had it in the 85% + they would have accepted but it was just too low for Andovers standards and I agree with them…

swissbrit, if you’re looking into schools as competitive/“good” as peddie, they’re going to have exceptionally competitive applicant pools. it’s not realistic to say that you want a fantastic school (like peddie) with a non-competitive applicant pool … it’s just not going to happen. if you’re realistically looking at “good” schools (you deemed peddie “amazing”), berkshire is a great school to look at. i’m not sure why you deemed it inadequate, but…
for more options, just wait for the next admissions cycle, it’s not that far away ;)

Well I’m looking for schools like Tabor and Kent Range if you see what I mean. Good schools that are fun and don’t just look at your scores but I’ll most likely be applying in the next admissions cycle.

Oh and the reason that I deem Berkshire inadequate is that because my local public HS has an average SAT of 1770 so it wouldn’t be worth academically me atending a BS with a SAT score of 1750 if you see what I mean…

I’m pretty sure Loomis has rolling admissions, it’s in the range of schools that you’re referring to I think. You should apply whenever you can.

Loomis is rolling I think

If you’re desperate and don’t care about campus really you can check out MacDuffie cough

I’ll look into Loomis and MacDuffie, Rad why the cough for MacDuffie ?

Nope, I don’t like the look of MacDuffie oooey !
