Good scores and grades but mediocre ECs- chances?

Title says it all, my scores and grades are good but i'm not involved in a lot of ECs, so I'm looking for schools that focus more on academics than Ec's, preferably in the midwest. Currently a junior in a smallish public school that rarely sends students to top schools.

unweighted GPA: 3.9/4.0
Class rank: 20/140 (my class has like 14 4.0's and i got a couple B's in art)
Taking pretty much the most difficult classes my school offers

ACT: 34
writing: 10
PSAT: 212 (national merit)

Boy Scouts (9, didn't make eagle because troop fell apart, but had project pretty much done)
Math Team (9, 10, 11, a few 2nd and 3rd place awards at meets)
Science Olympiad (11)
Mock Trial (11)
various community service and organizational work totaling 30-40 hrs

Potential extracuriculars
Summer internship (haven't heard back from interview yet)
Class treasurer (if elected)

Colleges I am potentially looking at (open to suggestions for additional colleges)
