Good Scores but my Writing Sample is Slightly Botched

Hi everyone!
I’m writing to ask if you should retake the SSATs based off a slightly off written sample. I received a good percentile, but I made a inconsistency in my written example that I didn’t correct in time. Should I retake it and write a better writing sample at the risk of lower scores and a better writing sample? Or leave it as is? Also, I would love to know how much the written sample factors in to schools, as I believe I am currently studying to increase my scores and have a better writing sample. (but as back up, you know? just in case my scores don’t match up) Thanks!

Nope. I’m sure the admission officers would understand the fact that you only had a limited amount of time to write the essay. Plus, your other essays would show off your true writing skills as you had more time to write them.

Thank you for the assurance.
