Good Silent Timer Watches?

<p>Exactly what the thread title says.</p>

<p>I'm looking for a good completely silent watch for the SAT. I go to a small Catholic school and there'll probably be ~4 people in my testing room, so it's imperative that the watch is silent.</p>

<p>A link to target.com or walmart.com would be the best way to provide answers.</p>
