I guess this information is available on the Common Data Set if I can find it. I think this admissions cycle some colleges accepted more ED than they have historically. I read that one college accepted 70% of its incoming class from ED I and II. Have there been discussions on this? Is there an easy source?

Burb: we are still trying to get confirmation on that 70% number; our college office at my daughter’s high school thinks it may be a mistake…

But anyway, college board does have that statistic for many schools…the data for this year has not yet been updated…if the common data set is available you can use that but it is sometimes very difficult to find…

Bear in mind that many schools do not release this information, so it depends which school you are looking for.

I would also be interested if there was an easier source.

Buried in each colleges website their should be a Common Data Set, sometimes in a department labeled institutional research. All the admission information is in there such as how many applied early decision and how many were accepted. You probably will have to work out the % from the figures.

I think there is a sticky either at the top of this section or the top of the selection section that has links to different colleges CDS.
