<p>Do we really have to pay the 13 dollars to get it verified? The form only requires an Official's signature, not a transcript or anything.</p>
<p>Eh? I remember just going to the registrar and asking for an unofficial transcript (which is free) and sending in the requested information.</p>
<p>No you don’t. Just print a copy of your unofficial transcripts and fax them to your agent (if you have one).</p>
