Good student with a twist: Chances?

University of Florida applicant.

HS GPA: 4.45 wtd.
UF GPA: 4.0-4.1
Extracurriculars: Academic Team, Key Club, National Honors Society, independent study, and medical academy (passionate)
650 hours of community service including multiple leadership conventions and programs.
In Medical Academy I've helped run eight blood drives for our local hospitals and taken four classes specifically designed for those with a fancy for health care.
I've taken 7 APs, three years in Spanish classes.
I'm ranked 11% percent because I've arguably taken harder classes than most kids in my class of 500.

However, the twist is that AFTER I applied I was smoking a jeffery near my buddies house in my car and an undercover cop cornered my vehicle and took my stash and assorted belongings. I wasn't arrested but given an NTA (notice to appear) and just have to complete a diversion program and I'm off scot-free. I was told that since I already turned in the application and at the time I wasn't convicted it won't get in the way of the process, but I want to hear other opinions. Also, chances?

Test scores:
SAT: 1940 (1350)
ACT: 32 (two times, once with writing, once without, with a 35 in science)

^I like ur username :). Your in at UF. I’m pretty sure UF won’t find out unless someone tells them. (i.e. your guidance counselor?). Does UF require counselor rec?

Nope they don’t, That’s what I’m hoping. Thanks for your input. I hope so, I made the mistake but hope I can still achieve this longstanding goal of mine.

Anyone else throw me some input?

I’d say you’re in for UF. As for the incident I don’t think it would hamper your chances too badly, even if it did some how get to their ears.
