good summer programs for high school students interested in medicine?

<p>I'm looking for some good summer programs for high school students interested in medicine for my sister, who is currently a sophomore. She goes to a specialized high school for mathematics & sciences, if that helps. Money is not that much of an object. The kinds of programs I'm talking about are the ones held at colleges and universities for several weeks at a time. But if any of you think that something else might be better, please say so. The programs would preferably be ones that are selective and prestigious, not just things you can go to if you pay enough.</p>
