Good Target, Safety & Reach Schools for me ? Please help !

Hello All,
I am currently a Senior and going through this whole college application process. I am extremely nervous, however, because I'm not quite sure where I stand in terms of safety schools and target schools! Can any of you please take a look at my stats and give me a gauge of where i stand in terms of decent safety schools?

I am a Mixed African American Male (White and Black, European and African decent)
Member of varsity soccer and basketball for all 4 years.
Team captain of soccer team this year (senior)

Taking all honors courses this year (School doesnt offer ap or IB)
GPA: 94
SATs: (I feel like this is where I am most nervous about what my safety schools are)
1810 (M/CR 1160)
4 College credits from a college course taken my Junior year (writing course,Received a B+)

Had a job from June of my Junior year to October of my senior year (restaurant closed, worked 24 hours a week)
On the Board of the school magazine
High School Band Bassist since Junior year
Nominated for Posse Foundation Scholarship
Volunteer for the Parks Department (Went to low income neighborhoods and fixed up basketball courts)
Take College classes at NYU (medical sciences and mathematics) every Saturday
Co-founded a Non-profit grassroots organization that promotes stricter enforcement of gun laws.
Volunteered for an organization in England that takes kids off the streets and gives them a place to go and play sports as an alternative.

I have a bunch of schools on my common app, but I fear my SAT scores are holding me back from attending a wide range of schools, please give me some input and maybe some schools that would be an example of a safety/target school for me?
I'm undecided at the moment, but I do like Biology, as well as creative writing/ English.

Honestly appreciate it, thank you!!

Is NY your home state? What can your family afford?

For safeties, take a look at http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/financial-aid-scholarships/1348012-automatic-full-tuition-full-ride-scholarships-20.html</a> for low cost safeties.

Other schools that can be admission safeties, if affordable:

New York is my home city, and my family cannot afford much for school, as we are lower middle class

Where would your Posse go?
Geneseo is probably a good pick since you’re undecided for your major. It’s an instate target school for you (SUNy’s Honors College).
Soccer would probably compensate your SAT scores (which aren’t that horrible, really).
It’d help for reaches like Dickinson or Franklin&Marshall in PA.
A school like Ohio Wesleyan (really good for soccer so if you’re captain, contact the coach right away to see if you could be recruited) would be a good target school for you. St Lawrence in New York State is another match.
York and Messiah, both in PA and also good for soccer, would be safeties.
If you can go farther away (you may get better financial aid), Gustavus Adolphus would be a match and Wartburg a safety. Both are also good at soccer.
Other schools to consider: Skidmore, Hamilton and Kenyon for reaches; Wheaton (MA), Muhlenberg, Goucher, Allegheny, Earlham and Wooster for research opportunities/ match schools; Elizabethtown, Hobart&William Smith, Hiram, Wells, for safeties.
