Good Test Optional Colleges for junior?

Hi, I’m currently a junior and wanted to know some good test-optional schools that I can apply to or good schools I can get into with my ACT score (25). It is not very good and not the best test taker but here are my other stats:

-Asian Female, Northeastern
-GPA: 3.8 u/w, 4.5 weighted
-Rank: Top 5% out of 250 students

Classes Taken (have not taken any exams yet):

  • AP Chem, AP Literature, AP US, AP Stats
  • Taking senior year: AP Psych, AP Physics, AP Calc
  • Took Honors Bio as a freshman
  • Anatomy as a sophomore

EC:

  • President of Student Council (all years)
  • Chief Editor of School Yearbook
  • Vice President of Red Cross Club (had collected most donations in our area this year)
  • Leadership program: Heros and Cool Kids
  • Captain of Varsity Basketball (went to states freshman year)
  • Captain of Varsity Soccer
  • Varsity Track (1 year)
  • member of NHS
  • a representative for Student Government
  • member of pre-med club

Volunteering (250 hours) :

  • Surgical Orthopedic Volunteer at a local hospital
  • Red Cross program
  • religious community service
  • Volunteer at School Events

  • Principal’s List since freshman year

Other:

  • love playing piano
  • teaching myself python coding
  • passionate about sports medicine and anatomy

This being I have very well-written and exceptional essays.

Have you tried an old released SAT to see if you can do better on it than on the ACT?

I have, I’ve taken practice tests and get the same score around 1200 usually, I think the highest I can get to is 1230. But because of the pandemic, I haven’t even been able to take it and don’t know how long it’ll last.
