You have a pretty good application, but unfortunately what is holding you back is your GPA. Some people above recommended taking more standardized tests, but I disagree. Your SAT scores are good enough for any of the schools to which you’re applying, but those scores, unfortunately, won’t make up for a low GPA. I’m not saying you’re a definite rejection from any of the schools you listed, especially because you have solid ECs, but some are bigger reaches than others. That said, this is how I chance you…
Michigan State - very good chance
U of South Carolina - very good
U of Georgia - very good
Clemson - very good
UT Austin - good (it’s hard out of state)
Villanova - decent
U of Miami - decent
UCLA - low reach
Georgia Tech - decent
UMich - mid-reach
USC - mid-reach
Notre Dame - low reach
UPenn - HUGE reach
Duke - pretty big reach
UNC-Chapel Hill - mid-reach, esp. because you’re out of state
