Good Universities for Chemistry/Physics

I am a foreign and I will attend to the third High School Year in my country ( in my school the years are five ).
I want to apply to American Universities, and I selected lots of famous University like Stanford, cornell ecc.. ecc.

But - 'cause I'm not so expert at American Universities - I would like to know some good Universities (for Chemistry and Physics).
I search Universities very qualified, but not so expensive, like Tucson in Astophysics or Rutgers (philosophy).
In this way, I can attend two yeras in theese universities and then I can move to a better Universties.
