<p>I think it is important to define “Urban”. To some, Urban means the heart of a city of 1 million or more people. Cities like Paris, NYC, Chicago, LA, Montreal, Houston, Toronto, London. To others, smaller cities with populations of 500,000-900,000 (like Austin, Boston, DC and San Francisco) qualify. And to some, cities with populations of 100,000-400,000 (such as Ann Arbor, Boulder, Gainesville and Madison) qualify. </p>
