Good weighted GPA, bad UW GPA

I was wondering how my profile would appear to colleges I apply to. My unweighted GPA is less-than-average but weighted it is above a 4.0. I'd consider my schedule so far to be pretty rigorous. I also did pretty well on my ACT. Here are my full stats:

GPA: 3.45 unweighted, 4.05 weighted

ACT: 33 composite (34 math, 34 English, 33 reading, 29 science, 31 E/W combined, 8 writing)

Class rank: I'm not sure if my school ranks but so far no information on class rank has been given to us. If I had to guess I'd say Top 15% but I'm really not sure.

Course load: I've only take one AP class (Computer Science) but didn't take the exam. However, by the time I graduate I'll have taken 10+ IB classes. The majority of my classes have been .4 with a few .3s and one or two .2s (required credits).

ECs: This is probably the weakest part of my transcript. I have played on 3 freshman sports teams, 4 JV teams ( I played JV baseball twice), 1 varsity, and will most likely play 2 varsity sports next year. I am lacking any major non-athletic leadership positions. I'm looking to join a well-ranked BPA club next year and possibly DECA if I can do both. This year I participated in a competition for JA Titan, a business simulation for Junior Achievement, after taking 1st in my class. I'm also looking to join a new Ski/Board club as well as some other clubs, possibly Key Club or Programming Club.

One more question- what is the most prestigious range of colleges I actually have a chance of getting into?

You will go to college no problem. With regards to what colleges, we need more info such as:

What is you intended major?
Preferred location?
Family budget?
Public or private?
School size?
Liberal Arts College or large state universities?

There are many great places you can go at this point.

Intended major is business-related, something like Supply Chain Management or finance. However, a physics-lite engineering major such as IE also sounds fun.

Preferred location would probably be anywhere in the Eastern U.S., but I like to keep an open mind so anywhere really.

Our family income is somewhere around 90K, so budget-wise I’d say 20-25K per year.

I don’t want to go to a very small school. If I had to choose between very small and very large I’d go with very large. And location isn’t a big factor but I prefer urban over rural colleges.

And I’m open to any type of school. I’d prefer public universities but I’d look into liberal arts colleges as well.
