Good workout plan?

<p>Hey everyone,
I am 15 year old male and I'm going to be a sophomore in high school. I am extremely skinny and I weight about 110 lbs. I try to work out with weights and I've been doing it consistently but I still see no results. There's a gym close by but I feel insecure about going to it. So what are some good workout tips I should try?</p>

<p>Your probably not seeing results because your not eating the 20-30g of protein per meal for 5-6 meals a day. Honestly no one cares if your frail, lest your trying. Search compound exercises and do a lot of those. Everyone is different so no one can give you a workout plan for you. And may I ask how long have you been lifting and how long have you done the same regime? And CC probably isn’t the best for asking for workout tips.</p>
