Ok I think it’s crazy google didn’t send an email even if we were rejected. This is crazy.
@Schoolthings I know! So disrespectful to our time and effort… And its obviously not because they’re still looking over applications and debating. The least they could have done was send out rejection emails after they shortlisted people…
I hope somebody from there sees these messages somehow and acts differently next year… I’m really upset.
@MAStudent101 I doubt if anyone would see. The thing is, I’ve held off on booking other flights based on this program. I hope they email us on Monday the latest. Just getting a definite decision will help me move on lol.

@Schoolthings go ahead and book your flights. Don’t waste your time… I should have known this is just how they do things at Google EMEA… A few months ago I was told I was a good match for the regular Bold internship there. They asked if I was still interested and even sent out preparation package for an interview. I immediately responded that I was interested, with exact details… Haven’t heard from them since… I tried emailing 2 of the recruiters listed in the email just to make sure my email was recieved but neither responded.
They could have written back saying the position has been filled or that it was no longer relevant but they didnt… Just ignored me.
I only have one year left of school so I’ve totally given up on Google EMEA after this experience.
