<p>@woodendynomite - I don’t know how true glassdoor.com is, but there the average salary for a BOLD intern is about $20/hour or so. </p>
<p>I think the interview is going to be mainly behavorial designed to see if you know about Google products and why you want to work there, etc.</p>

<p>I heard first they contact you through e-mail to confirm your phone number then setup a
phone interview which is 30mins and you usually have 2 back to back then if you pass those there is a 1:1 interview. They start off with some resume based questions. Then they ask about what Google products are your favorite and which you would improve upon. They also ask what blogs you follow if any. Pretty standard stuff. And this is from someone who interview last year with them. </p>

<p>I also am waiting to hear back and it sure has been nerve-wrecking! They keep saying mid-Jan so I’m hoping we will be hearing within the next two weeks or so. </p>
