D hasn’t heard yet, and she also got admitted to MIT. I need to know the results so that I can book flights for her for summer international travel. Please, let us know already!!
Soooo not looking good for my kid! She’ll survive – she’s been super lucky so far in the most important outcomes. She was accepted early decision to Brown University, her dream school, and is thrilled. So all good.
And I’m not TOO bummed because, well, with all that extra time at home this summer, she’'ll be able to work that much more, earning more money for college! LOL!
@spiciestmemelord lol I kind of thought you were also an MIT admit what with your username and all! I thought I would make it in too but it seems like they prefer to accept students with both minimal experience and minority backgrounds. Oh well! Did you attend CPW?
@lrylander yea, i might be too experienced in cs, since the program seems pretty introductory. i’m female, but my race is not a minority in cs. and yea i went to cpw!
I haven’t heard back either. They said they accept students who have all different experience levels with CS but I’m currently in my gap year and working full time as a software developer so that might be too much. But it could be anything. I don’t have very good grades and am not a minority. I am getting my degree abroad though so I can just continue working this summer and saving 
I also assume it’s a lot more competitive with the residential programs.
Daughter received email at about 6:00 pm EST as she is accepted to Atlanta program. She will attend UGA this fall, holding on to slim hope to GA Tech as she is waitlisted

never posted in this thread before but I’ve been keeping up to date with it I got accepted into the Los Angeles location and I was wondering for those who have recieved email and completed the student information form, did you get any email after you completed it or did it just submit?

- If my memory serves me well, I didn’t receive a confirmation email for sending in the app, but did for LOR
- Received a call yesterday afternoon
- Got an email today
- Did not get email after sending the info sheet
Did anyone who applied to the NYC session only (did not apply for scholarship) hear back yet?

@aromano31 I got the congratulations call yesterday around 3:00 pm (though only for CSSI, they denied me for the scholarship)
