@Fawziyah awesome, congrats! those who applied for the scholarship should be hearing back soon if they got it… people who only applied for CSSI will hear back after (i only applied to CSSI)
For CSSI does anyone know how close you have to live to one of the commuter sessions in order to be considered?
i think 50… or 150 ? @lrylander and they give you some $$ for commuting
I was asleep when the call came in, but I received an email saying I GOT THE SCHOLARSHIP!!! I will be attending the session in Chicago.

Also does anyone know if we could get into the CSSI program without the scholarship, even if we applied for both? Or is it that if you don’t get the scholarship you don’t get considered for the program at all?
My understanding is that any applicant for the scholarship/cssi who does NOT get the scholarship is then considered for just cssi. But…time will tell! Surely someone here on college confidential will be in that situation! My daughter applied for both and it seems she did not get the scholarship. Fingers crossed for cssi!
^this is true. very few people get the scholarship, but a lot of people get into CSSI!
